Stay away from this property — absolutely unacceptable experience. Positive: Nothing. It was a nightmare. Negative: This has been by far the worst stay of my life. I checked in on October 9th and from the very first day the apartment was in horrendous sanitary conditions: dirty kitchen with food residues and garbage left everywhere, a disgusting smell, sticky fridge handle, malfunctioning washing machine, broken appliances, and a continuous presence of flies and insects. Later I even found blood stains on a pillow, and there were cockroach traps left on the counter. The air was unhealthy and full of dust — completely unlivable. Starting from October 19th, I completely lost access to all tower facilities (pool, gym, sauna, etc.) because the security took my access card, claiming the property had made unauthorized copies. For days, I couldn’t even enter or exit the building freely. I sent dozens of messages to the host and they never replied, only excuses and empty promises that were never fulfilled. I contacted Booking.com countless times — by phone, email, chat, and even certified email (PEC). I spent hours on the phone, they hung up on me twice after 40 minutes of waiting, and they never provided any help or resolution. Every time, the same automatic responses. No one took any responsibility. The host and Booking.com kept blaming each other while I was left in an unsafe and filthy apartment for three weeks. I finally left the property early because the situation had become unbearable. The smell, the dirt, the lies, the total lack of assistance — everything about this experience was a nightmare. Do not book this place. Do not trust the photos or descriptions. And be aware that Booking.com will not help you when things go wrong.
