Wasn’t allowed a late check in so had to book a hotel for a night and was told I’d get a refund was trying for weeks to Positive: Location, facilities, private beach Negative: Felt dirty, aircon in the bedroom wasn’t working, windows were filthy

Positive: Apartment is wonderful Negative: Sadly there was no internet, no AC, and no building access cards for FOUR DAYS. This is extremely disappointing - this kind of issues should easily be resolved in a few hours, maximum one day. Four days is really embarrassing and very poor.
