Luxurious SkyRise 1BR with Palm View on 80+ Floor

Inspiring view, cozy apartment Positive: Cozy apartment, with large rooms, nice color scheme. Inspiring view at Palm and Eye - large balcony with entrance from both rooms. Bluewaters island is visible from the balcony, if any fireworks or drone show there - you can see from apartment. Kitchen is fully equipped + microwave oven. Washing machine. Two TVs, two bathrooms (one with shower, another - just toilet). Next to Dubai Marina promenade. Tram station is next to the apartment (1-2 mins) - two stations to Sobha Realty metro station, or two stations to Palm Monorail (not working now). If you need a taxi - just mention „Princess Tower“. Negative: Would be nice to have a coffee machine and some towels in the kitchen. There are constructions just in front of the building which are working even at night, so was a bit noisy. But constructions are just everywhere in Dubai, the city is rapidly growing.

Overall - Nice experience with insignificant flaws :) Positive: Great location with stunning view and amazing customer service. Apartment was clean and comfortable. We asked for late check in and it wasn’t a problem. Kitchen was equipped for everyday use. Negative: The apartment didn’t have a kettle and we had to boil the water in a pot. Flushing water in smaller bathroom didn’t work sometimes. Water from shower leaked through the door.
